Miguel provided excellent service, helping advise us on proper filters to use, where to get them, other advanced options to consider. He identified an issue with the humidifier which saved us an extra visit and helped further explain how to use our Ecobee thermostat with our heat pump. Friendly and helpful!

I had a new furnace, filter cabinet, humidifier, air conditioner, and smart thermostat installed today—and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
Nader and Myles, the installation technicians, were punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly before starting, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. They kept the work areas clean during the day and did a thorough cleanup once the job was done.
The removal of the old equipment and installation of the new system was done with care and precision. Everything is running smoothly, and I’m so impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail.
Highly recommend Anchor Home Comfort—and a big thank you to Nader and Myles for making the whole experience seamless and stress-free!

We called Anchor for a Quote to have a tank-less water heater and heat pump put in or detached home in Orleans. We had a very good experience with this company.
The sales agent Will was very professional and well spoken.
The crew that did the work Ahmad, Moe, Sammy and Myles were polite, respectful and cared about proving quality workmanship and doing things the right way.
We are very happy with the outcome and will for sure call back if we need any future work done.

I cannot speak highly enough about the company. We have used Anchor climate care for annual maintenance of our furnace for almost two decades and they installed a new furnace for us in Fall 2024. Today, the service guy did the annual maintenance work. Miguel Q was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time. He went straight-away to his work. Before leaving, he patiently walked me through how to better operate my digital thermostat. Top shelf service.

Called Anchor Home Comfort not being a customer to have a Humidifier on my furnace replaced. Called on Thurs, William was out Fri for estimate, very polite and professional. Explained everything booked Apt for Mon. Nadar service Tech replaced unit, did excellent professional work very quickly. Answered all questions. Very happy with the quick professional service . Will definitely use them again. I recommend this company.

We had a great experience with John P. who did our yearly furnace and fireplace maintenance. We were very happy with Joh’s work. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. He explained what he was doing and also provided some tips regarding our fireplace for the season. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We purchased our furnace and fireplace from Anchor 5 years ago and have been very satisfied with their service.

Local trusted company. I have used them for furnace maintenance and bought a new water heater from them today.
They respond quickly when you need them and provide honest frank advice.
Water heater install took an hour or so and they also took my water heater back to Reliance. I had to pay for the water heater but now I own it!
I'm finally out of my Reliance rental contract!
My old water heater must have been dirty because the hot water now seems clearer and has more pressure.

An amazing day. The crew was on time. They worked efficiently to remove the old equipment and replace with a state of the art heat pump and furnace. They meticulously cleaned up. Then the explained the functions and features of the equipment. I would recommend this company and this team.

We are extremely happy with Anchor. From the moment Bas, came into our home, he was very polite and professional. The 2 men we had who installed our new A/C and furnace were polite, clean and very professional. It was extremely hot, but they had a smile all day and it was a long day for them.I would highly recommend Anchor for all your heating and cooling needs. Best company to work with.

The service was quick, friendly and professional. Miguel knew what he was doing, was friendly and explained an issue that came up. This issue was due to rain and lightning not being able to check but he explained it to me and assured me there was no risk of anything going wrong.

I had my yearly inspection on my AC unit today. Miguel Q serviced the machine. He did an amazing job and went over and above to clean my unit that was very much in need of some TLC. He was great at explaing things and giving tips to make my ac last longer.

Kwang responded to my request to examine our central air conditioner’s poor cooling performance. What a knowledgeable, kind and professional person he is.
He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained fully that this old AC was leaking refrigerant and showed us how he arrived at that analysis. This was the day before a record breaking few days of 31-36 degree weather.
He also gave us many great tips on how to get the most out of the unit and our interior airflow until we could get a new unit installed in a couple of days.
What a treasure this man is. I am sure that his company is well aware of that and expect that they treat him accordingly.
His colleagues Felix and Mahad, who installed our new AC unit, were similarly friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and methodical, taking pride in their work.
They worked diligently in 36 degree (45 humidex) sunny weather. They also demonstrated and explained their installation very well which we are now enjoying as the heat wave continues. Anchor is fortunate to have them as great ambassadors for their company.

Nadar and Myles came to my new condo to install a new AC unit on the balcony. Both men were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Being in the trades myself I know what is expected when being in someones home. Both were professional and treated my place like their own. Adjustments had to be made and they were completed with great care and in a timely manner. There would be no hesitations in recommending Anchor for any future HVAC needs.

We turned on our AC for the first time this year two days ago and watched as our indoor temperature went steadily up instead of down. Thinking that there was a problem caused by our new November furnace installation which also required so AC changes I called for tech help on a Saturday afternoon thinking that they would sendvsomebody out next week. Instead I got a call twenty minutes later from Ray- a service tech- he asked me two simple questions- was indoor panel breaker on ( yes) and was the outdoor breaker on(no)- thirty seconds to tell me how to take it out and flip it and everything was working fine. My fault but his quick response saved us both time . Excellent proactive service. Thank you.

Just get a new hot water tank install a few days ago. Ahmad M and Sam show up on time. The team work fast and tidy. They work very professional. And Anchor home comfort customer service is very helpful and straightly. The company offer a competition price. I am very happy with the company. will do business with company in the future for sure.

Great work by Félix and Miguel on our new water heater. The work started right on time and they walked us through the work that was done at the end. The new install is more practical than the original one (by another company), with new shut-off, updated venting, etc. They also explained the adjustments for the new equipment and what to expect. All that with a smile.

This was my first experience with Super Plumber, a sub-branch of Anchor Home Comfort, and the service was exceptional. The dispatcher was friendly and assisted me throughout the booking process. All of the wonderful experience started from the dispatcher: she is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. You would understand how terrible the feeling one would have, when the shower and bath drainage was clogged and family start to complain toward you. Luckily, I called Anchor, and immediately began to know I was in the good hand.
Next day in the early morning, Cat came to knock on the door , and did the diagnosis, proposed solutions, and gave me price. He has been professional, efficient, and thorough.
